My approach is primarily lifestyle and documentary, letting your story unfold naturally while I gently guide you into beautiful, relaxed poses when it helps elevate the scene.
This way, you get the best of both worlds: photographs that feel authentic and alive, yet also thoughtfully styled to highlight your connection, personality, and setting. This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
From the moment we connect, my goal is to make your experience relaxed, comfortable, and enjoyable. Before the session, we’ll chat about your vision, location preferences, and any meaningful details you’d like included. On the day of the shoot, I’ll guide you through the process — offering gentle prompts and natural positioning rather than stiff, formal posing — so your photos feel authentic while still looking beautifully styled.
You don’t need to worry about being “photogenic” or knowing what to do; I’ll help with everything from choosing the best light to creating a calm, welcoming environment. Sessions are unhurried and child-friendly, with space for breaks, nursing, or simply catching your breath. The result? A gallery of timeless, heartfelt images that reflect your family’s unique story.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses are included, for a flat rate, in your pricing for all GEORGIA sessions. This will be discussed before signing and specified in your invoice. Additional travel expenses for out of state will be factored in your package based on location, time spent out of town for out of state travel, and whether my room and board will be accommodated.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Every package includes scouting for the most ideal setting or location to ensure every session is tailored to your vision! I do try to limit outdoor shoots December-February due to inclement weather.

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
I do my best to plan accordingly and to be prepared, but of course things happen. In most cases, you will be notified up to 48hrs in advance to either reschedule or plan for a new location.
